The kitchen was completely remodeled last year. There is new Corian counter with an island and a bar. We have replaced every appliance in the house which now includes an energy star GE Profile French door fridge, Bosch dishwasher, SAMSUNG high end stainless steel triple fan convection oven, high-wattage over-oven stainless steel microwave, GE Adora Washer and Dryer (front load, energy and water efficient). We just put in a brand new Whirlpool water heater. The Bryant cooling and heating system is nearly brand new.

These are some additional recent upgrades.
GE Front Load Washer and Dryer (White)
Green upgrades - we used non- VOC paint for the entire house, energy star compliant appliances, water saving dishwasher and clothes washer. Carpet is made from recycled materials.
- Insinkerator Evolution Compact SpaceSaver Garbage Disposal
- New wall-to-wall carpet. We went green on this upgrade. It is made of recycled milk containers. It can be recycled after its time.
- McCormick and Olympic Low-VOC Paints
- Site is perfect for solar
- Outdoor Gardens contain water-wise plants (need little summer watering)
